The government has cleared staging of the 13th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) in the UAE from September 19 to November 10, the tournament’s Governing Council confirmed after its meeting on Sunday. The final will be on November 10, which will be the first weekday final in the tournament’s 13-year history. There will also be 10 double-headers, as opposed to the originally planned five for the season. The games will begin on 7:30 pm.
